Today Watsons Kitchen is owned by Merredith & Michael Jackson and Amanda & James Brown. Merredith & Amanda are sisters, therefore, keeping with the tradition of a family owned & operated business. Merredith & Michael have been in the baking industry for over 25yrs having started the very successful Wee Waa Hot Bread shop in 1991. They sold this in 2014 and purchasedWatsons Kitchen. Amanda has worked in several areas of hospitality (including the Wee Waa Hot Bread Shop) and has a background in retail & accounting. James runs his own Motor Mechanic business in Narrabri so is also the “repair man” for the many machines operating within the bakery.
